COT Receives ATESEA Accreditation
The College of Theology (COT) received the renewal of its accreditation by the Association for Theological Education in Southeast Asia for the period March 2025 to February 2030.
“This milestone stands as a testimony to God’s goodness and to the collective dedication of our administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and institutional partners who continually uphold the mission of providing quality theological education, rooted in faith, service, and excellence,” Dr. Lowel Domocmat, COT dean, stated.
This reaccreditation affirms not only COT’s strong academic standards but also its steadfast commitment to advancing the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church through theological education, spiritual formation, and service to humanity. It also renews COT’s dedication to nurturing future Christ-centered leaders, chaplains, pastors, and teachers who will faithfully serve the church and community with integrity, compassion, and wisdom.
Moving forward, COT will remain steadfast in its mission “to advance theological education that is academically sound, spiritually ground- ed, and missional in purposes ever guided by the Holy Spirit and the vision of preparing workers for God’s harvest,” as Dr. Domocmat expressed his gratitude.
