Guest Relations, Tours, and Visits

In relation to promoting a positive culture, the University is open for guests, alumni, churches, and institutions. We welcome them to our big campus, so they can see how big our God is —blessing us with a serene peaceful environment and efficient infrastructures.  

Here are some reminders for our AUP community: 
 

  • The University accepts guided tours and visits inside the campus through the University Advancement Office. For campus visit and tour requests, please coordinate with the Advancement Office: advancement@aup.edu.ph or contact any Advancement Office personnel. 
  • The University hosts an average of 3 tours a month. 
  • Nature of Campus Tour ranges from courtesy visits, guided tours, admission consultations, educational tour, and church visits for newly baptized souls.  
  • Tours and visits must be scheduled one week in advance. Guided tours will be offered from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 am and 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.; and Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. 
  • The Advancement Office will send a confirmation message regarding the scheduled dates of the tour. Tour dates are not confirmed until you receive confirmation. 
  • The University is still open for self-guided tours during the weekends and holidays with permission from the Public Safety Department.  
  • Courtesy visits will be entertained during weekday working hours. 
  • Kindly accommodate our visitors with Christ-like characteristics and reflect the University values with these encounters. Start to be God’s witnesses through your beautiful smile.
