AUP Honors Excellence and Service During Presidential Dinner 2026

The Presidential Dinner on May 4, 2026, at the Manna Dining Hall honored AUP shining stars. The event was a gathering of gratitude celebrating milestones across academic, professional, and co-curricular domains.

Through shared testimonies that reflect their journeys toward achievement, the University affirms the value of those journeys and recognizes their milestones.

Among the honorees were the Sola Gratia Chorale for securing the Grand Prize in an international choral competition held in Italy; board topnotchers Danielle Elinore Ardeza, Top 5; Zynth Sullano, Top 9 and Sherwin Von Palaad, Top 10; and the Electronics Communication Engineering Department for demonstrating exemplary performance in the March 2026 licensure examinations.

The AUP College of Medicine, Aurum 2024 batch, garnering a 100% passing rate, was also acknowledged for achieving the highest rank in Region IV-A in the March 2026 Physician Licensure Examination. Additionally, Stephanie Ann Gallivo, Jesell Ruga Ferry, and Shekinah Marie Evangelista, undergraduate READ research awardees, were honored for their research excellence.

In her concluding remarks, Dr. Arceli Rosario, AUP president, expressed gratitude to all awardees and underscored the significance of using their accomplishments to serve others and advance the mission of Adventist education. “This is the Lord’s doing. And it is marvelous before our eyes.” 

The Presidential Dinner underscored AUP’s unwavering commitment to recognizing achievement not solely as an indicator of success but as a reflection of its core values, academic excellence, Christlike character, and exemplary service.
