AUP Recognized as Top 5 Performing School in March 2026 Electronics Engineering Licensure Examination
The AUP was recognized as one of the Top 5 Performing Schools in the March 2026 Electronics Engineering Licensure Examination, under the category of institutions with 10 to 19 examinees and at least an 80% passing rate during the Oathtaking Ceremony of newly licensed electronics engineers and technicians at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City on April 23, 2026. AUP earned a passing rate of 80%, with 10 takers and 8 passers. Two were in conditional status.
The awarding was led by the Professional Regulation Commission and the Professional Regulatory Board of Electronics Engineering. AUP achieved an 80% passing rate in Electronics Engineering, surpassing the national passing rate of 61.62%. In the Electronics Technician licensure examination, the University recorded an 83.33% passing rate, exceeding the national average of 78.16%.
This distinction highlighted AUP’s consistent commitment to academic excellence, as evidenced by its high passing rate. The University demonstrated the effectiveness of its academic programs in equipping students with the competencies required for licensure and professional practice.
