AUP has officially entered a new chapter in its enrollment process with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement with Master-Soft-Southeast Asia on November 20, 2025, a strategic partnership that aims to enhance and modernize the University’s enrollment experience.

The signing ceremony brought together leaders from both institutions committed to building a more seamless and efficient enrollment system for students, faculty, and departments. Representing AUP were Dr. Arceli Rosario, AUP president; Mrs. Aileenmae Silverio, vice president for finance; Dr. Julio Amurao, vice-president for student services; Mr. Ivar Bingcang, ICTS software and development supervisor.

MasterSoft was represented by Mr. Gaurav Somani, MasterSoft president and Engr. Reymar Aguilar, MasterSoft-Philippines vice-president for operations; with Mr. Hulk Hoganas external project manager. For many years, AUP’s enrollment process has been uplifted through the dedication of countless faculty, staff, and administrators all strengthening the systems that support student success. The partnership with MasterSoft builds upon this foundation, ushering in a modernized approach grounded in efficiency, accuracy, and convenience.

“Through the years, many hands have worked faithfully to support our enrollment process, each contributing to the progress we see today,” Mrs. Silverio expressed. “As we continue this journey of improvement, we are grateful to welcome MasterSoft as our partner,” she added.

The collaboration promises a smarter and more intuitive system that will streamline workflows and create a joyful enrollment experience across all departments.
