Position: Admissions Assistant

Department: Records and Admissions Office (RAO)

Reports to: RAO Director

Work Arrangement: Full-time

About the Role

The Admissions Assistant provides essential support in student admissions processing by evaluating application documents, encoding applicant data, and maintaining admissions records, ensuring efficient, accurate, and mission-aligned admissions services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receives, reviews, and evaluates admission application documents for completeness.
  • Encodes and updates applicant information in the admissions system accurately.
  • Maintains organized physical and digital admissions records.
  • Assists in enrollment and admission processing in coordination with the Admissions/RAO team.
  • Responds to applicant and parent inquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner.
  • Prepares admissions-related reports and documents as needed.
  • Performs other admissions support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum: Associate degree in Office Administration or a related field; or a graduate of a four-year Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related course.

Experience:

At least 1 year experience in an office environment handling data-sensitive work and evaluation of documents.
