Work Arrangement: Full-time

 About the Role

The Assistant Registrar provides essential support in student records management and academic processes by handling enrollment documentation, data encoding, and record maintenance, ensuring efficient, accurate, and mission-aligned student services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains and updates student academic records accurately and confidentially.
  • Assists with enrollment, registration, and graduation processes.
  • Encodes, verifies, and manages student information in the student information system.
  • Prepares and releases academic documents (e.g., transcripts, certifications) as authorized.
  • Coordinates with teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure record accuracy.
  • Responds professionally to student and parent inquiries.
  • Performs other registrar-related duties as assigned.

 Qualifications

Education:

Minimum: Associate degree in Office Administration or a related field; or a graduate of a four-year Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related course.

Preferred: Master’s degree in a field related to administration, education, management, public administration, or information management.

Experience:

Prior experience in academic records management, school registrar’s office, or administrative work in an educational institution.
