Program Educational Objective:
The Master in Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) aims to produce principled, God-fearing, and globally competitive graduates equipped with advanced knowledge, leadership competencies, and Christian values necessary for successful careers in nursing leadership, healthcare administration, clinical management, and health service delivery. Guided by ethical principles and professional excellence, the program develops competent nurse leaders and healthcare managers who are capable of integrating business and nursing principles in addressing healthcare challenges through research, evidence-based practice, strategic planning, patient-centered care, and organizational leadership in healthcare institutions, government service, academe, industry, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
