Master in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management

Program Educational Objective:

The Master in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management (MBA-HRM) aims to produce principled, God-fearing, and globally competitive graduates equipped with advanced knowledge, leadership skills, and Christian values necessary for successful careers in human resource management, organizational development, employee relations, training, and administrative leadership. Guided by ethical principles and professional excellence, the program develops competent and compassionate human resource professionals who are capable of addressing contemporary workplace challenges, managing workforce diversity, enhancing employee performance and organizational effectiveness, conducting research, formulating strategic human resource plans, and contributing meaningfully to commerce, industry, government service, academe, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
