Zoe Apostol David and Renzo Culibao Aquino of the AUP College of Business (COB) became the first individuals in the Philippines to earn the Master Certification in Entrepreneurship (ESB Master) from Certiport on April 16, 2026.

This remarkable accomplishment also marks a milestone for the University, as these are the first students from COB to attain the globally recognized distinction.

The ESB Master Certification is awarded to candidates who complete both the Intuit Design for Delight Innovator Certification and the Entrepreneurship and Small Business (ESB) Certification v2. This credential signifies advanced competence in entrepreneurship, small business management, and innovative business design. Administered by Certiport in partnership with Innovative Training Works, this certification underscores globally benchmarked competencies that prepare students for real-world business challenges.

By achieving this national first, David and Aquino bring recognition to COB and the University and inspire fellow students to pursue excellence and innovation in their respective fields.
