Apartment Qualification Guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS/GUIDELINE FOR APARTMENT RESIDENCY APPLICANTS
1. Senior level (4th level-up)
2. Married/with family
3. Student applicant must have a recommendation from the previous residence dean which includes:
a. Very satisfactory compliance on worship and church attendance
b. Very satisfactory on the room cleanliness
4. At least satisfactory grade on Student Convocation
5. Student’s GPA is 3.25 and above
6. Student must not have any moderate, major or critical infraction/s
7. Has a considerable medical condition as per University Physician’s directive.
GUIDELINES FOR DAMA DE NOCHE & CATTLEYA ACCOMODATION
1. Cattleya/Dama deNoche Residence Hall is intended for 3rd year and 4th year students.
2. Student applicant must have a recommendation from the previous residence dean which includes:
a. Very satisfactory compliance on worship and church attendance
b. Very satisfactory on the room cleanliness
c. At least satisfactory grade on Student Convocation
d. Student’s GPA is 25 and above
3. Student must not have any moderate, major or critical infraction/s.
4. Has a considerable medical condition as per University Physician’s directive.
