AUP Research Office, in collaboration with the Center for Graduate Studies, hosted the 8th International Research Forum on March 12, 2026.<\/p>\n
Guided by the theme \u201cInnovations for a Responsible Future in Global Wellness,\u201d the forum served as a meaningful platform to advance research addressing pressing global challenges while promoting responsible and holistic well-being.<\/p>\n
By God\u2019s grace, a total of 127 research papers in IMRAD format were submitted, reflecting strong scholarly engagement across disciplines: 60 in Business and Governance, 35 in Allied Health, 23 in Education, and 8 in Arts and Humanities. These contributions demonstrate a vibrant and growing research culture committed to excellence and impact.<\/p>\n
The event successfully gathered researchers, scholars, and institutions from both local and international communities, including AUP, Adventist Hospital Santiago City, Adventist Hospital Palawan, Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies, AMCM, CPAC, Saint Louis University, NLAC, Palawan Mission, Lapid Kinderland Inc., Federal University Lafia (Nigeria), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and Matanda Hospital. This wide participation highlights the strengthening of interdisciplinary and global collaboration, one of the forum\u2019s key objectives.<\/p>\n
Distinguished speakers, including Dr. Adrian Lawrence P. Carvajal, SISO TEC Secretariat director II at the Department of Education, and Dr. Jeimylo De Castro, Smart MD Philippines medical director and chief-executive-officer and Philippine Society of Information and Process Improvement president, shared valuable insights that emphasized the application of research in policy, education, healthcare, and community development.<\/p>\n
Parallel sessions throughout the day provided opportunities for meaningful exchange of ideas, allowing presenters to showcase research that contrib- utes to global wellness and societal transformation. The event concluded with expressions of gratitude led by Dr. Jolly Balila, Research Office director, acknowledging God\u2019s guidance and the collective efforts of organizers, pre- senters, and participants.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
