AUP Alumni of Western North America conducted a gift-giving program at the University Amphitheater on March 13, 2026, serving 336 work scholars.<\/span><\/p>\n The program commenced with welcome remarks from Pastor Noel Mari\u00f1as, the AUP dean of apartments, and an opening prayer led by Jun Tayaben, the AUP student support services director. Selected work scholars presented an acrostic \u201cWELCOME AWESNA,\u201d followed by musical and cultural performances, including renditions of \u201cOver the Rainbow\u201d and \u201c<\/span>Bituing Walang Ningning<\/span><\/i>,\u201d as well as a folk dance by the College of Education students. The event featured a message from AWESNA representatives before the distribution of financial assistance and essential goods.<\/span><\/p>\n Through the initiative, the Los Angeles Chapter allocated \u20b1116,500 to support rice and grocery items. Meanwhile, the San Gabriel Valley Chapter donated \u20b1207,838, covering \u20b172,432 for toiletries and \u20b150,000 for meal provision. The remaining \u20b185,406 was designated for direct financial assistance to student recipients.
