The Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP) was recognized during the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) 52nd Founding Anniversary and 36th Annual General Assembly at Novotel Manila, Araneta City on December 5, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n AUP was honored in three major categories:<\/span><\/p>\n AUP made history as the first institution in Region IV to receive Level III Reaccredited Status for its Bachelor of Music in Music Education program.<\/span><\/p>\n PACUCOA also awarded AUP for producing a graduate, Dr. Beamor Carranza, who achieved the highest rating in the November 2024 Dentists Licensure Examination.<\/span><\/p>\n AUP received the Third Prize in PACUCOA\u2019s Case Study Competition, showcasing the University’s strength in research, analysis, and academic presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n The AUP delegation at the general assembly included:<\/span><\/p>\n Dr. Gracel Ann Saban, vice president for academics<\/span><\/p>\n Dr. Ruben Carpizo, accreditation director<\/span><\/p>\n Mrs. Maureen Marinas, IQA director<\/span><\/p>\n Dr. Michael Naidas, College of Arts & Humanities dean<\/span><\/p>\n Dr. Herminiano Subido, Jr., College of Dentistry dean<\/span><\/p>\n Mrs. Sheryl De Dios, Music Department chair<\/span><\/p>\n Dr. Luke Ivan Concel, College of Dentistry Levels IV-VI coordinator<\/span><\/p>\n These recognitions from PACUCOA affirm AUP\u2019s dedication to delivering Bible-based, mission-driven, and Adventist education for all.
