Why do we hold the Seniors\u2019 Presentation?\u201d Dr. Arceli Rosario,AUP president, asked. \u201cIt is to inspire aspiring graduates and toremind you that the main reason you are here is that the Lord has been good. Without God guiding you from Day 1 of your college life, you would not be here today. You chose Adventist education for a reason, and today we remember that purpose.\u201d Dr. Rosario opened the program with a heartfelt message, reminding the seniors\u2019 why this tradition matters.<\/p>\n
On November 28, 2025, as nearly 600 graduating candidates were formally presented during the annual Seniors\u2019 Presentation, a cherished tradition that affirms the students\u2019 journey and dedicates them to God\u2019s purpose.<\/p>\n
The keynote message was delivered by Dr. Faye Patterson, director of Education of the Inter-American Division of Seventh-day Adventists. Her charge to the seniors was deeply spiritual and mission centered. \u201cYou are not here by chance,\u201d she emphasized. \u201cGod has been molding you through your classes: shaping, guiding, preparing you. Soon, He will send you out as professionals, leaders, thinkers, servants, and disciples of Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n
She reminded the seniors that their ultimate purpose is \u201cto serve the Lord wherever He sends you, so that others may know Him.\u201d She then dedicated the entire batch: \u201cMay your minds remain anchored in truth, your hearts rooted in Scripture, your hands committed to serve, and your lives focused on mission.\u201d<\/p>\n

The main highlight of the event took place when Class President Jimcy Iba\u00f1ez unveiled the official batch name: Celestia 2026.<\/p>\n
Derived from the Latin word for \u201cheavenly,\u201d Celestia reflects a calling refined by faith, endurance, and God\u2019s promise. The name speaks of rising above trials, anchoring hope in the eternal, and living in alignment with God\u2019s perfect design.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt reminds us that our calling is not limited by what we see here on earth but refined by what God has prepared for us above. This is who we are. This is who Celestia 2026 is.
