{"id":9011,"date":"2025-12-22T16:39:35","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T08:39:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aup.edu.ph\/?p=9011"},"modified":"2025-12-22T16:39:35","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T08:39:35","slug":"admissions-assistant-records-and-admissions-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aup.edu.ph\/?p=9011","title":{"rendered":"Admissions Assistant (Records and Admissions Office)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><strong>Position: <\/strong>Admissions Assistant<\/p>\n<p><strong>Department:<\/strong> Records and Admissions Office (RAO)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports to: <\/strong>RAO Director<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Arrangement: <\/strong>Full-time<\/h5>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Admissions Assistant provides essential support in student admissions processing by evaluating application documents, encoding applicant data, and maintaining admissions records, ensuring efficient, accurate, and mission-aligned admissions services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receives, reviews, and evaluates admission application documents for completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Encodes and updates applicant information in the admissions system accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains organized physical and digital admissions records.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in enrollment and admission processing in coordination with the Admissions\/RAO team.<\/li>\n<li>Responds to applicant and parent inquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares admissions-related reports and documents as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other admissions support tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum: Associate degree in Office Administration or a related field; or a graduate of a four-year Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At least 1 year experience in an office environment handling data-sensitive work and evaluation of documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Communication Skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be pleasant and able to communicate effectively both online and face-to-face.<\/li>\n<li>Responds clearly and professionally to applicants, parents, and staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Attention to Detail<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures accuracy in evaluating application documents, data encoding, and record maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Organizational Skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains systematic filing of applicant records and manages multiple tasks efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Professionalism &amp; Reliability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Works responsibly, meets deadlines, and adheres to institutional policies.<\/li>\n<li>Handles sensitive applicant information with discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Technological Competence &amp;
