Registrar<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Department: AUP Academy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports to: AUP Academy Registrar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Arrangement: Full-time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Assistant Registrar provides essential support in student records management and academic processes by handling enrollment documentation, data encoding, and record maintenance, ensuring efficient, accurate, and mission-aligned student services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains and updates student academic records accurately and confidentially.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with enrollment, registration, and graduation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Encodes, verifies, and manages student information in the student information system.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and releases academic documents (e.g., transcripts, certifications) as authorized.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure record accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Responds professionally to student and parent inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other registrar-related duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum: Associate degree in Office Administration or a related field; or a graduate of a four-year Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related course.<\/p>\n<p>Preferred: Master\u2019s degree in a field related to administration, education, management, public administration, or information management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prior experience in academic records management, school registrar\u2019s office, or administrative work in an educational institution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Integrity &amp; Ethical Conduct<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Handles confidential student records responsibly.<\/li>\n<li>Adheres to institutional policies and demonstrates reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Attention to Detail<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures accuracy in records, enrollment, and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Organizational Skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages multiple tasks, deadlines, and schedules efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains systematic filing and tracking of student information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Professionalism &amp; Accountability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Meets deadlines and responsibilities with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates courteously and patiently with students, staff, and faculty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Technological Competence<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in student information systems, LMS, and office software.<\/li>\n<li>Open to learning new digital tools for records management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit the following documents:<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 Cover Letter<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 Updated CV\/Resume<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 Medical Certificate<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 Psychological Test Result<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 Pastor\u2019s Recommendation<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udce7 Send your application to <strong>recruitment@aup.edu.ph<\/strong><br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc5 Deadline: <strong>December 29, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position: Asst.
