“Reaching the finish line is not just about coming to an end, but it is about succeeding, achieving, and fulfilling beyond the finish line itself,” Dr. Eppie Manalo, a retired associate director from the office of academic publications at Loma Linda University and a former vice president at AUP, emphasized during the senior’s class presentation on February 16, 2024, at the Philippine International Church.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She urged the graduating seniors to “Cross Your Finish Line…well” by keeping the faith. “There is no stopping, no turning around and going back mid-race,” she reiterated. She also reminded the finish line is not ultimate but being with God, “Graduation is not the end of the line. It is the starting line of your next race\u2014finding a job, establishing a family of your own, etc.\u2014above all, being with the One who has seen you through every race in your life.”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

She also presented the following Senior Class officers: Alysza Jane Delos Reyes, president (CON); Niel Albert Gapusan, vice-president (CST); Precious Mindae, class secretary (COD); Dennies Kate Cabiedes, associate secretary (CON); Tricia Jane Molina, treasurer (COB); Judie Anne Rico, associate treasurer (COB); Leevanie Almaza, class auditor (COB); Irish Jennali Bitangcol, public information officer (COH); Alpha Jem Ituriaga, public information officer (CAH); Jove Milmarc Jimenez, class pastor (COT); Lejane Quinatadcan, class artist (COE); Dionne Veronica Rey, class artist (COH); Ivy Cleana Ruales, class artist (CAH); and Flomae Castueras, CGS representative (COB).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Senior Class President Delos Reyes shared her excitement as she presented their batch name, “Raniag<\/em>” 2024. “Now the countdown begins,” she remarked, “God will see us through…only a hundred days more.”<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Raniag<\/span><\/span><\/em> an Ilocano word meaning light or radiance. Raniag<\/em>\u00a0evokes a sense of brilliance and clarity, similar to a beacon cutting through the darkness. The candidates of Raniag<\/em> 2024 hold the transformative light that guides them to cross the finish line, shining forth with God’s light for the world.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
