In partnership with the North Philippine Union Conference, the Adventist University of the Philippines\u2014Occupational Health and Safety Office, the Nutrition and Dietetics Department, and the Food Service\u2014hosted its first cooking camp featuring a healthy plant-based diet on July 18-22, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIf you can pray, you can cook,\u201d Eric Jan, Elann Reuth, Abigail Ruth Villavicencio, and Rowena Sandot introduced the motto of their ministry as the camp\u2019s resource speakers. They highlighted the versatility of cooking without oil in the ingredients and showcased creative recipes that are both nutritious and delicious.<\/span><\/p>\n \u200b<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https:\/\/www.aup.edu.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/360151464_619677463596071_5964615453769399423_n.jpg” _builder_version=”4.22.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” _builder_version=”4.22.1″ background_size=”initial” background_position=”top_left” background_repeat=”repeat” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n The cooking camp drew 43 participants from the Baesa Adventist Academy, Banahaw View Academy, Concepcion Adventist Academy, Central Luzon Adventist Academy, Lipa Adventist Academy, Mountain Province Mission, Northern Luzon Adventist College, Northeast Luzon Adventist College, Philippine Publishing House, and Tirad View Academy.
