The Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management (PhDBA-HRM) aims to produce principled, God-fearing, and globally competitive scholars, researchers, educators, consultants, and human resource leaders equipped with advanced expertise in strategic human resource management, organizational development, workforce planning, and organizational performance. Guided by Christian principles and academic excellence, the program develops highly competent professionals capable of conducting original and impactful research, formulating evidence-based human resource strategies and policies, addressing complex workplace and organizational challenges, and contributing significantly to commerce, industry, government service, academe, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church.<\/p>\n
