The Master in Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Arts in Psychology (MAP) aims to produce principled, God-fearing, and globally competitive graduates equipped with advanced knowledge, leadership competencies, and Christian values necessary for successful careers in business management, counseling, organizational development, human behavior, and mental health services. Guided by ethical principles and professional excellence, the program develops competent managers and psychology professionals who are capable of integrating business and psychological concepts in addressing organizational, interpersonal, and societal challenges through research, strategic decision-making, counseling, and people-centered leadership in commerce, industry, government service, academe, healthcare institutions, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church.<\/p>\n
