The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management (BSBA-HRM) aims to produce principled, God-fearing, and globally competitive graduates equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary for successful careers in human resource management, organizational development, employee relations, training, and administrative management. Guided by Christian principles, the program develops competent and compassionate human resource professionals who are capable of managing workforce diversity, promoting employee well-being, fostering organizational effectiveness, and contributing meaningfully to organizations, industry, government service, academe, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church.<\/o:p><\/p>\n
