QUALIFICATIONS\/GUIDELINE FOR APARTMENT RESIDENCY APPLICANTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. \u00a0Senior level (4th<\/sup> level-up)<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0Married\/with family<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0Student applicant must have a recommendation from the previous residence dean which includes:<\/p>\n

a. \u00a0Very satisfactory compliance on worship and church attendance<\/p>\n

b. \u00a0Very satisfactory on the room cleanliness<\/p>\n

4. \u00a0At least satisfactory grade on Student Convocation<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0Student\u2019s GPA is 3.25 and above<\/p>\n

6. \u00a0Student must not have any moderate, major or critical infraction\/s<\/p>\n

7. \u00a0Has a considerable medical condition as per University Physician\u2019s directive.<\/p>\n

GUIDELINES FOR DAMA DE NOCHE & CATTLEYA ACCOMODATION <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. \u00a0Cattleya\/Dama deNoche Residence Hall is intended for 3rd<\/sup> year and 4th year students.<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0Student applicant must have a recommendation from the previous residence dean which includes:<\/p>\n

a. \u00a0Very satisfactory<\/strong> compliance on worship and church attendance<\/strong><\/p>\n

b. \u00a0Very satisfactory<\/strong> on the room cleanliness<\/strong><\/p>\n

c.\u00a0 At least satisfactory<\/strong> grade on Student Convocation<\/strong><\/p>\n

d. \u00a0Student\u2019s GPA<\/strong> is 25 and above<\/strong><\/p>\n
