The role supports both technical operations and institutional activities by providing reliable ICT and AV services aligned with the University\u2019s mission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Support\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Installs, configures, and updates operating systems and required licenses.<\/li>\n<li>Installs patches, updates, antivirus software, and approved applications (licensed and open-source).<\/li>\n<li>Provisions, configures, maintains, and repairs computer workstations and related equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots computer networks (LAN) and network facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots telephone systems (PABX).<\/li>\n<li>Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots CCTV systems.<\/li>\n<li>Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of ICT equipment and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Audio-Visual Services\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receives, schedules, and logs audio-visual service requests.<\/li>\n<li>Sets up, operates, and maintains audio-visual equipment (e.g., projectors, sound systems, lighting).<\/li>\n<li>Provides technical support during University events and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures readiness and functionality of AV equipment before, during, and after use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mission and Identity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upholds and promotes the Seventh-day Adventist Church\u2019s mission, values, and beliefs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the University\u2019s programs, policies, and practices are consistent with Adventist principles and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Fosters a culture of spiritual growth, service, and mission among students, faculty, and staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Other Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time in support of University Administration and institutional functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Technical Support &amp; Systems Management<br \/>\n<\/strong>Demonstrates proficiency in installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, CCTV, and telecommunication equipment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Audio-Visual Operations<\/strong><br \/>\nOperates, maintains, and troubleshoots audio-visual equipment to ensure effective support for classes, events, and institutional activities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Problem-Solving &amp; Troubleshooting<br \/>\n<\/strong>Identifies technical issues promptly and implements effective, efficient solutions with minimal disruption.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer Service &amp; Communication<\/strong><br \/>\nProvides responsive, courteous support and communicates technical information clearly to users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrity &amp;
