We seek a qualified and committed educator passionate about teaching IT, integrating technology in business, and mentoring future professionals, while contributing to instruction, curriculum development, research, and student growth in line with the mission and values of Adventist higher education.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Teaching &amp; Instruction<\/strong> \u2013 Deliver IT courses, develop lesson plans, and integrate technology in business applications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Curriculum Development<\/strong> \u2013 Design, evaluate, and update IT courses to reflect industry trends.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Research &amp; Scholarly Work<\/strong> \u2013 Conduct and publish research in IT or business technology fields.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Student Mentoring<\/strong> \u2013 Advise and guide students in academics, projects, and career development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service &amp; University Engagement<\/strong> \u2013 Participate in committees, outreach, and extension programs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional Development<\/strong> \u2013 Stay updated with emerging IT trends and educational best practices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliance &amp; Values<\/strong> \u2013 Uphold academic integrity, ethical standards, and the mission and values of AUP and the Adventist Church.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Competencies Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong IT knowledge and technical skills in business applications<\/li>\n<li>Effective teaching and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Research and analytical abilities<\/li>\n<li>Student mentoring and advisory skills<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Integrity, professionalism, and adherence to institutional values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Minimum:\u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>Master\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information System<\/p>\n<p>Preferred:\u00a0Doctorate degree (PhD or equivalent) is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teaching experience in IT or related fields is preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Industry experience in software development, systems administration, cybersecurity, database management, etc., is often an advantage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit the following documents:<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 Cover Letter<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 Updated CV\/Resume<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 Medical Certificate<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 Psychological Test Result<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc4 Pastor\u2019s Recommendation<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udce7 Send your application to recruitment@aup.edu.ph<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcc5 Deadline: February 13, 2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We Are Hiring!
