This position offers a unique opportunity for growth and professional development in a supportive educational environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducts psychometric assessments and interprets results for students seeking guidance services.<\/li>\n<li>Supports the implementation of programs aimed at enhancing student well-being and academic success.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with faculty and staff to address student concerns and facilitate interventions when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical guidelines in all interactions with students and colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology; Registered Psychometrician (RPm); Currently enrolled in the Master\u2019s degree in Counseling Psychology or Guidance Counseling program (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in administering psychometric tests and interpreting assessment results.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathetically engage with students from diverse backgrounds.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of counseling theories and practices, with a focus on student development and support.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with educational software and assessment tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit the following documents to <strong>recruitment@aup.edu.ph<\/strong>:<br \/>\n\u2705 Cover Letter<br \/>\n\u2705 Updated CV\/Resume<br \/>\n\u2705 Medical Certificate<br \/>\n\u2705 Psychological Test Result<br \/>\n\ud83d\udccc <strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> February 17, 2025<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Graduate Assistant (Psychometrician\/Guidance Associate) Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP) is seeking a motivated Graduate Assistant to join our Guidance Services Department.
