If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative and clerical support to the Vice President for Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and official communications.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Handle confidential documents with professionalism and discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, and financial documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate office operations, supplies, and logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative and secretarial experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Administrative and Organizational Competencies<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2705 Office Management \u2013 Ability to manage schedules, organize files, and maintain office systems efficiently.<br \/>\n\u2705 Document Preparation \u2013 Skilled in drafting letters, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.<br \/>\n\u2705 Records and Data Management \u2013 Knowledge of filing systems and data confidentiality.<br \/>\n\u2705 Multitasking and Time Management \u2013 Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Financial and Business Acumen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2705 Basic Accounting Knowledge \u2013 Familiarity with financial documents, invoices, and expense reports.<br \/>\n\u2705 Budget Tracking \u2013 Assisting in monitoring financial transactions and budgets.<br \/>\n\u2705 Procurement Assistance \u2013 Understanding of purchasing procedures and supplier coordination.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Communication and Interpersonal Skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2705 Professional Communication \u2013 Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external correspondence.<br \/>\n\u2705 Customer Service Orientation \u2013 Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders, staff, and students.<br \/>\n\u2705 Discretion and Confidentiality \u2013 Handling sensitive financial and personnel information with integrity.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Technical and Digital Proficiency<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2705 Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) \u2013 Proficient in document creation and financial data entry.<br \/>\n\u2705 Accounting Software \u2013 Basic knowledge is an advantage.<br \/>\n\u2705 Email and Calendar Management \u2013 Scheduling meetings and appointments using digital tools.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Problem-Solving and Critical
