The role involves lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and the integration of Christian and Adventist values in teaching. The teacher collaborates with colleagues to support holistic student development in alignment with the institution\u2019s mission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivers competency-based instruction in Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) subjects<\/li>\n<li>Prepares lesson plans, instructional materials, and hands-on learning activities<\/li>\n<li>Assesses and monitors student performance and provides timely and constructive feedback<\/li>\n<li>Manages classroom behavior and maintains a positive, inclusive learning environment<\/li>\n<li>Integrates Christian and Adventist values into teaching practices and student interactions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with faculty and administration regarding academic and student concerns<\/li>\n<li>Actively participates in school programs, events, and professional development activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technical and Subject Mastery<\/strong> \u2013 Demonstrates strong knowledge and practical skills in TLE areas such as ICT, home economics, industrial arts, and entrepreneurship, with the ability to apply these in real-life contexts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Instructional Delivery<\/strong> \u2013 Demonstrates the ability to design and facilitate hands-on, competency-based, and skills-oriented learning experiences that develop students\u2019 practical abilities and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Faith Integration<\/strong> \u2013 Demonstrates the ability to integrate Christian and Adventist values into practical lessons, classroom interactions, and student formation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication and Facilitation Skills<\/strong> \u2013 Communicates technical concepts clearly and effectively while guiding students through structured, step-by-step learning and collaborative activities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Classroom and Workshop Management<\/strong> \u2013 Manages both classroom and laboratory\/workshop settings safely, efficiently, and in a manner that promotes discipline, creativity, and skill development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLEd) or related field<br \/>\n\u2714 Licensed Professional Teacher (LET Passer) \u2013 Required<br \/>\n\u2714 Master\u2019s Degree in Education or related field \u2013 Preferred<br \/>\n\u2714 Teaching experience in
