Freshman
- Original Form 138 (High School Card)

other departments)
- Photocopy of birth certificate / and marriage certificate (if
married) (NSO authenticated copy)
- Certificate from the school principal, if graduated with honors
(for scholarship purposes)
Note: BSN and BSED/BEED applicants must have
85% and above High School general average
BSN applicants must submit photocopy of
high school diploma.
Transferee
- Certificate of Transfer Credential from the school last attended
(original copy)
- Certificate of Grades/Transcript of Records (for evaluation
purposes)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Two Letters of Recommendation from a) school dean/guidance
counselor b) district pastor
- Pictures: 2 copies (2x2) (prepare more for
other departments)
- Photocopy of birth certificate / and marriage certificate (if
married) (NSO authenticated copy)
Admission Procedures
- Get/download and fill-up an Application
Form from the Registrar’s Office
- Pay the application, testing and ID fees at the Cashier’s Window
- You can pay online to METROBANK Laguna Bel-Air
Branch, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines with Account No.
386-3-386-012327 the application fee of 210.00 pesos. Name the beneficiary
or recipient as Adventist University of the Philippines, Silang, Cavite,
Philippines. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.
- Submit a copy of the remittance slip of your payment as attachment
to one of the following addresses:admissions@aup.edu.ph,
registrar@aup.edu.ph, aup_registrar@yahoo.com or send
by fax to +63495411229
- Upon receipt of the above transactions, AUP will send to your
email address a scanned copy of your payment slip. Should you wish to pay
your tuition and other fees in advance, please follow the above
procedures. A scanned copy of this payment slip
(tuition and fees) issued to you can be used to login to your personal
account in the website. Connect to www.aup.edu.ph and login to AOLIS
Personal (Online Services) in the website, follow instructions to access
your financial transaction and grades in the future.
- Take exam on your scheduled date at the Guidance Office (English,
Math and Psychological tests)
- Exam results will be forwarded by the Guidance Office to the
English and Math departments
- Ask for your exam checklist from the Guidance Office and submit to
the Registrar’s Office for your registration guide form and subject line-up
sheet
- Follow the order given at the registration guide form in
sequence.
